What happens after my 7-day free trial?
After 7 days, your subscription begins automatically at the rate of the plan you chose. You won't be charged before then, and you can cancel anytime from Settings.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual later?
Yes. Upgrade to Annual from Settings > Subscription at any time. You'll be credited for the remaining days on your current billing cycle — you never pay twice for the same period.
Is my financial data safe?
Your data is stored in an isolated, encrypted Supabase database tied only to your account. We never store your banking password. Bank connections are read-only via Flinks — we can see balances and transactions but we can never move money.
Why does Fenno cost more than some alternatives?
Fenno uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate real financial insights for every user, which costs real money to run. We'd rather charge a fair price and give you a genuinely useful product than make it free and sell your data.
What Canadian banks are supported?
TD, RBC, Scotiabank, BMO, CIBC, Tangerine, EQ Bank, Desjardins, National Bank, and hundreds more via Flinks. You can also import any CSV export from banks not yet connected.
Is my subscription billed in CAD?
Always. Fenno is a Canadian product — all billing, budgets, and figures are in Canadian dollars. No currency conversion surprises.
